Care Center
Currently we operate from a modular building with two exam rooms. VIM makes this small clinic work efficiently by scheduling multiple clinics per day. For example, on Wednesday, we have primary care 1:00-5:00, psychologist 1:30-5:30 and then another primary care clinic 5:30-8:00 pm. The goal is to care for as many patients as possible with our limited resources.
Clinic hours
Monday through Friday.
Time varies according to the availability of volunteer staff.
Patients seen by appointment only. Appointments to see a physician must be made in advance by calling the clinic at (619) 440 – 4591.
We are available to answer the phone between 10 am & 2 pm, Monday - Friday.
Outside those hours, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

From San Diego:
Take I-8 East and exit at Second Street.
Turn right and go to Madison Ave,
Turn left onto Madison. Drive about half a mile to 1457 E. Madison, just past Main St
Turn right into the Chapel of the Valley United Methodist Church parking lot – we are located in the back of their parking lot
From El Centro
Take I-8 West to the East Greenfield exit.
Turn left off the ramp.
Turn left again at Main St. Drive about half a mile and then turn left onto Madison. The church parking lot is on the right, half a block.
Public transportation
El Cajon Transit Center -Take the Madison Ave. shuttle (Route 873) or the Kaiser Permanente Bostonia shuttle (Route 815).
