Volunteers in Medicine (VIM) San Diego is a nonprofit medical clinic serving low-income, uninsured residents of San Diego County, California. We care for patients at no charge when they have no other avenue for medical care.
We do this by engaging volunteer doctors, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, interpreters, and other community members who have a passion for our mission and demonstrate the culture of caring and kindness on which the VIM Clinic was founded.

You can help VIM by volunteering, making a donation , or advocating for VIM in the community. We are always looking for volunteers with a variety of skills and experience - from doctors and nurses to support staff.
